Fenway 100th Anniversary: May 2nd - Throwback Day Against the Oakland A's
Red Sox and A's will wear 1936 jersey throwbacks, the year when Jimmie Foxx was sold by the then Philadelphia Athletics to the Boston Red Sox.

Foxx was a star on the Red Sox teams of the last 30s, and won a MVP award in 1938.
