ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, residing in the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico), and legal residents of Canada, residing in Canada (excluding Quebec and where prohibited by law). Entrants must be 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Failure to comply, by providing inaccurate information, will invalidate your entry, which will result in the loss of a potential prize winning entry. Employees, officers and directors of Majestic Athletic, Ltd. ("Sponsor"), Trellist, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Trellist, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of the prize. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the independent judges(s), whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations (and the laws and regulations of Canada where applicable). Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.
HOW TO ENTER / LIMIT: One entry per person/email address. To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must visit http://www.majesticathletic.com and submit their email address in the promotional banner ad. If they have not already registered with Majestic Athletic, Ltd., they will be required to submit their true and accurate information in the registration form. Registrants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry by submitting their email address and/or registering with the site. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Any attempt by a person to use multiple email accounts to register or submit duplicate entries may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant recognizes and agrees that the registration information provided by entrant will be made available to Sponsor; use of such information will be governed by Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Entries must be submitted by Monday, March 1, 2010 at 11:59 A.M. E.T. By completing the online entry process, entrants are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if chosen as a winner in the Sweepstakes. Electronic entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
